What does OrangeUP do?
OrangeUP is an outsourcing agency that specialises in the offshore recruitment of reliable and long-term Virtual Assistants, mainly based in Colombia. We look after the entire outsourcing process for our clients from end-to-end, that includes: hiring, briefing, project managing, HR, payroll and disruption or replacement cover.
This means that all you need to do is tell us what you need to outsource and we will find the most reliable Virtual Employee for the job so that you can focus on the more important tasks while we handle the rest.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely no hidden fees. The package price is exactly what you pay on a monthly basis. All taxes and fees are included in that price.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Not at all, you are enrolled on a month to month membership and can cancel anytime – hassle free.
Do you make cancelling dificult?
No. You don’t have to write us a letter, jump through a hoop of fire, or go through 15 pages to find the cancel button. Simply tell your account manager or email us at [email protected]. The only question we ask is “What could we have done to better support you?”
Do you accept check, cash, money transfer or Paypal?
We do not accept check, cash, money transfer, or Paypal as methods of payment. At the moment the only accepted form of payment is a verified credit or debit card.
What if I don’t use up my hours?
We do our very best to make sure that never happens. Our assistants chat regularly with their managers (AKA delegation experts) to strategize ways to help you. We’re not able to roll over hours, but as long as you’re on the right plan, this won’t be a problem.
Does the virtual assistant speak English?
We only hire highly skilled and proficient English-speaking Virtual Assistants to remove the communication barriers you may encounter with freelancers and other traditional outsourcing providers. As a bonus, our assistants also speak Spanish and understand culutural dynamics in the event you wish to engage the growing hispanic market.
