The Virtual Assistant (VA) is a vital member of OrangeUP. The VA is the main point of contact with the client(s) and will work independently with the client(s). The VA will receive support from their assigned Account Supervisor, who will assist the VA + client relationship with plan modifications, questions, and provide feedback on quality, delegation issues and more. In the best case scenario, the VA may have the option to transition to a paid salary position with a dream client of theirs.
